Chef’s King Prawn Cocktail with Avocado –

Crisp salad leaves paired with deep water king prawns, diced avocado, tomato and cucumber concasse & a classic sauce marie rose. Accompanied by granary bread and butter. (Contains: Shellfish, Egg, Gluten, Lactose)

Goats’s Cheese & Beetroot Salad –

Honey sweet pickled heritage beetroot with grilled goat’s cheese, peppery leaf with a lemon thyme dressing. (Contains: Goats Cheese, Lactose)

Saute of tender Pork with leeks, orchard apples, local cider, and a cream sauce. (Contains: Cream, Sulphites)

Classic Beef Bourgeon –

Slow braised marinated beef with petite onions, mushrooms, bacon lardons with a rich red wine sauce. (Contains: Celery, Sulphites)

Loin of Cod Provencale – Vegetarian

Oven-roasted cod loin in sweet roast tomato and provencale vegetable sauce. (Contains: Seafood, Sulphites)

Traditional arborio risotto of your choice – Perhaps choose from the following:

-Wild Mushroom

-Asparagus and green pea
