What We Do

Hi, I am professional chef Antony Vaks and I have built this private catering business over a period of 16 years. Having spent most of my life in the hospitality industry, I have no doubt of the quality of private catering service we can and always do deliver.

We can provide expert advice and service for your dinner party, whatever the occasion.

For hen parties, we provide the same excellent service but we don’t mind as we’ve done this many times before.

As for the bistro catering service, this is more of a relaxed and economical approach, but this does not mean quality is overlooked.

In the Cotswolds we have many regional producers, we are home of the Cheltenham Beetroot, we have Evesham Asparagus and let us not forget, the Gloucester Old Spot! We will always aim to use locally sourced food wherever possible.

Whatever the occasion we are catering, we will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the menu will be tailored to your personal requirements. Our experienced staff will prepare, cook, serve and clean down afterwards, working discreetly and effectively. We have been preparing beautiful meals and catering for private and corporate clients for many years, and would love to delight you too.
