Antonys daughter Saskia Vaks has now taken over Antony Vaks Catering Services, which is now trading under the name Vaks Catering Ltd.

A 3rd generation chef, I have trained in many different 4-star hotels and fine dining restaurants in and around the Cheltenham area, and of course gained a wealth of knowledge from my father. I eventually joined the family business in 2021, and enjoyed a year of working with my father, growing and modernising the company before he sadly passed away in 2022.

Unlike other caterers, I am only too happy to discuss individual requirements and we will strive to accommodate allĀ the needs for your particular cateringĀ event. If a meal you’d like is not on our list of dishes then please feel free to ask! Dietary requirements are also no problem.
